Give me passion

Where on the heaven bounty
Can passion be found?
-in or by Apollo’s county?
Could be, since wisdom is a good
Predictor of a passionate body.
My heart longs to find
Its passion and my body
Starves to feel its presence.

My life sails on the situational waters
As slow as a boat in a dusty pond.
Give me passion and my live will tear through the waters
And get to its destination with no loss of bond.

I ask not much, but a reason
To wake up early in late nights
And to resist the temptations
Of sleeping early at night.
O! The heaven bounty
Shower upon me from your gracious county
A passion- a reason to live
And a reason or cause for which to die.

For My Love

Unsullied by the sulking sun,
Undisturbed by the disturbing elements,
Undone by the doing nature,
Arises my love, born to nurture.

She’s a perfect strike of holiness
And worldliness mixed together,
Of love and kindness
Mixed and mingled together.

She walks not a barren land,
But with her magical presence
She makes every land
A living essence

Her breath showers life on the less fortunate
And her smells surrounds the world and binds it
Into a bond of kindness and love.
Her eyes look at none, but see everything,
And she, with all these qualities, exceeds everything.

I am unable to choose
between whether I wish
her to love me in return
Or to gain strength to love her forever
And forever for what she is
And not for what I think she is.

The Knight's Best Friend

I am the king’s most Noble knight
Valiant, brave and always prepared to fight.
I am the knight in the silver armor
And that I have ever cried is a rumor.

I stand atop a stony castle
Wearing my boots with golden tassel
I hear a cry! The sound pierces through my soul.
I turn around and see; a lady was treated foul.

I rush towards her, and ordered the bloodthirsty
Guard to show some leniency.
I looked at the lady,
But I couldn’t look away.
Her deep green eyes captured me
Like the sun during the day.

All I knew of her was that she was Princess Reelika,
The only daughter of King Shulika.
After my king won the war with her kingdom,
She went underground, and lost all freedom.
Lately, she was charged of poisoning the king’s drink.
The guards caught her, and the guy didn’t even sleep a blink.

I am still bound by her deep green eyes,
Like a prisoner bound by frets and shackles.
Her innocence hurts me,
And I am forced to ask the guard for her release.

I take her to my house; give her shelter and food,
Weeks later, she starts regaining health and mood.
She has become an inseparable part of my life,
I wake up by her call, and sleep by her “Goodnight”.

I see her now, lying in the garden,
Her green eyes perfectly mixing with the green garden.
The woods of the trees look like
An extension to her long brown hair.

I see her now, seventy years after this incident.
Her brown hair has turned snowy white,
And her face distorted by wrinkles.
She looks at me
With her deep green eyes.
Even after 70 years of service,
I am destined to provide her more service.
